Controlling High Blood Pressure

To be successful at controlling blood presser the patient follow some simple steps:

Make a commitment to a blood pressure control program developed by your doctor or health care professionals. Resolve to stick with it and enjoy the benefits of better health

Follow the advice of the doctor or other health care professionals

Do not stop taking medications without consulting with the doctor first

Take medications on time everyday
